Our staff is key to our success, and our shop managers are the most influential people in our business.

From Luxenter we give you all the support in the staff training through our Training Department and our on line platform “Campus Luxenter”.

We will be your companion in the training sharing our experience and offering back up in the daily management through coaching, e-learning and Shop manuals. Moreover, we will help you with our uniforms, Footfall software, and all the neccesary KPI´s for performance monitoring will be provided.

STAFF SELECTION

The main objective is to select staff that is motivated and likes our brand, that has a passion for sales and has the right attitude and will to work.

TRAINING

We take a lot of effort to train the store staff to make them the best sales people in the field so they can provide our customers they best possible buying experience.
